Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Vice President of Youth Welfare met here last night with chief editors and heads of sports departments at the Saudi press accompanying Saudi Football mission participating in the World Cup in Germany. He commended the great support provided by the Saudi leadership for the youth and sports sector particularly the mission. Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz conveyed to them thanks and appreciation of Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, President of Youth Welfare for their efforts exerted in sports information. He noted that a new coordination will be announced pertaining to professionalism in clubs along with the setting up of three football academies in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Region. The Prince pointed to the re-formation of sports associations which will be announced very soon, adding that 50 percent of their members will be elected.
