Emir of Qatar Opens 12th Arab Athletics Tournament in Doha

Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, opened here today 12th Arab Athletics Tournament in the presence of Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, President of Youth Welfare Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Chairman of the Arab National Olympic Committees Federation.
In his address, Prince Nawaf conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince to the Emir and Crown Prince of Qatar.
Prince Nawaf promised as the Chairman of the Arab National Olympic Committees Federation to work hard and exert efforts overcoming all obstacles to spread the true practice of the sport for the Arab youth.
Then, the Emir of Qatar announced kicking off the 12th Arab Athletics Tournament.
