MADRID SATURDAY TO PROTEST AGAINST GOVERNMENT PLANS TO HOLD PEACE
TALKS WITH THE BASQUE SEPARATIST GROUP ETA, POLICE SAID, ACCORDING TO DPA.

OF GIVING IN TO TERRORISTS' DEMANDS.
SEVERAL ASSOCIATIONS GROUPING VICTIMS OF TERROR HAD CALLED FOR THE
