WHILE MOST MIGRANTS MOVE TO WEALTHY NATIONS, 75 MILLION PEOPLE HAVE MOVED BETWEEN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES, ANNAN SAID IN A REPORT TO THE 191-NATION U.N. GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
