A roadside bomb exploded as a bus loaded with Iraqi laborers passed by Monday morning, killing 10 workers and wounding 12 others, according to an official with the Diyala Joint Coordination Center. The deadly blast happened at 7:15 a.m. on a road between the towns of Khalis and Adhaim, about 50 miles north of Baghdad, the official said. The bus was loaded with at least 40 passengers, CNN quoted the official as saying.
