West Pump Stations, upgrade of the electrical distribution network at Abqaiq Plants and funding for Industrial Security upgrades. The board also approved preliminary engineering funding in support of the capital and non-capital programs included in the endorsed Business Plan. Two proposed export refinery projects in Jubail and Yanbu' were presented for the board's consideration. The projects have been negotiated with proposed foreign oil company investors as partners, and the board of directors approved the proposed memoranda of understanding presented by management.
