The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is participating in the Tunisian 24th Book Fair organized by Tunisian Ministry of Culture & Protection of National Heritage. The Kingdom is displaying in its 204 square meter pavilion during the period of the fair (April 28th- May 8th) more than 1400 titles in many fields representing the Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry for Islamic Affairs, Endowment, Call, & Guidance, Ministry of Culture and Information, Makkah-based Umm Al-Qura University, Madinah-based Islamic University, King Abdulaziz University, King Saud University and a number of other Saudi institutes. The Saudi pavilion has attracted lots of visitors because of the variety of the books topics on Hajj and Umra rituals; social issues; moderation; and Kingdom and Islam. It is worth mentioning that the book fair comprises about 100000 titles, 67% of them are in Arabic, 22% (French) and 11% (other languages).
