MONTENEGRO, MAY 3, SPA -- SERBIA'S PRIME MINISTER SAID WEDNESDAY THAT WAR CRIMES FUGITIVE RATKO MLADIC "IS HIDING ALL ALONE" AFTER A CRACKDOWN ON HIS SUPPORT NETWORK, AND CALLED ON THE FORMER ARMY GENERAL TO SURRENDER. IN A STATEMENT MADE AVAILABLE TO THE ASSOCIATED PRESS, PRIME MINISTER VOJISLAV KOSTUNICA SAID HIS GOVERNMENT HAS «DONE ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING IN ITS POWER» TO CAPTURE MLADIC AND SEND HIM TO THE U.N. WAR CRIMES TRIBUNAL. «HIS ENTIRE NETWORK HAS BEEN UNCOVERED; MLADIC IS NOW HIDING ALL ALONE,» HE SAID.
