Montenegro, Nov 22, SPA -- A top-level Bosnian Serb delegation arrives in Belgrade on Monday to seek extradition of nearly a dozen Bosnian Serb war crimes suspects sought by the U.N. tribunal and believed to be hiding in Serbia. Bosnian Serb president Dragan Cavic, Prime Minister Dragan Mikerevic and other top officials are scheduled to meet with Serbia's pro-Western president Boris Tadic. It was not immediately clear whether Serbia's conservative Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica would attend the meeting. Kostunica has been reluctant to arrest and hand over some 15 war crimes suspects _ including several Bosnian Serbs _ to the tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands. Ignoring mounting international pressure, Kostunica has said that the arrests would destabilize Serbia. Both Belgrade and the Bosnian Serbs, who are in control of roughly one half of Bosnia following the 1992-95 war, face possible isolation if they don't hand over the suspects.
