Kazakhstan's envoy meets Pakistani minister

Special envoy of President of Republic of Kazakhstan Kairat Abdrahmanov has met Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Khusro Bakhtiar and delivered an invitation of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to President Pervez Musharraf to attend a summit meeting in Almaty, according to an official statement.
The invitation is to attend the forthcoming summit meeting of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) being held in Almaty on 17th June.
The special envoy conveyed the greetings of President of Kazakhstan Nursultan for President Musharraf and conveyed his message that he will attend the CICA Summit.
He appreciated the role and contributions of Pakistan in the CICA deliberations.
