MINISTER OF FINANCE DR. IBRAHIM ALASSAF LED THE SAUDI DELEGATION TO THE JOINT MINISTERIAL MEETING OF THE MINISTERS OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL COUNCIL IN THE ARAB COUNTRIES AND THE MINISTERS CONCERNED WITH ECONOMIC AFFAIRS IN SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRIES WHICH WAS HELD IN QUITO, ECUADOR, ON 25 AND 26 OF APRIL 2006.
THE MINISTER DELIVERED A SPEECH AT THE CLOSING SESSION TODAY. IN THE SPEECH, HE STRESSED THE IMPORTANCE OF COOPERATION IN ALL ECONOMIC FIELDS BETWEEN THE TWO GROUPS.
THE MEETING CALLED FOR BOOSTING COOPERATION BETWEEN THE ARAB COUNTRIES AND SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRIES IN FIELDS OF INVESTMENT.
