The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participates in the Tunisia's 24th international book fair, which is to be inaugurated by President Zine El-Abidine Ben Ali on Friday and organized by the Tunisian Ministry of Culture & Protection of the National Heritage. At its 204 square meters pavilion, Saudi Arabia will display more than 1,400 titles in various fields representing the Ministry of Higher Education; the Ministry for Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call, & Guidance; the Ministry of Culture and Information; the Makkah-based Umm Al-Qura University; the Madinah-based Islamic University; King Abdulaziz University; King Saud University and a number of other Saudi institutes. As many as 100, 000 titles: 67% of them in Arabic, 22% in French and 11% in other languages will be displayed at the ten-day bookfair.
