THE EU, THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER DONOR COUNTRIES RECENTLY SUSPENDED ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE TO THE PALESTINIAN AREAS UNTIL HAMAS, WHICH LEADS THE NEW PALESTINIAN GOVERNMENT, RECOGNIZED ISRAEL AND RENOUNCED VIOLENCE.
