Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has extended an invitation to President General Pervez Musharraf to participate in the World Economic Forum scheduled from May 20 this year in Sharm El-Sheikh. More than 1,300 leaders, senior officials, entrepreneurs and investors from all over the world are expected to participate in the forum, a press release of Egyptian Embassy Islamabad said. The participants will hold discussions over peace in the Middle East, situation in Iraq and the current developments in the Arab World .
