PRINCE SALMAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, THE GOVERNOR OF RIYADH REGION PATRONIZED HERE ON SUNDAY THE HANDING OVER CEREMONY OF PRINCE FAISAL BIN FAHD INTERNATIONAL 5TH PRIZE FOR RESEARCH OF ARAB SPORTS DEVELOPMENT FOR 2004/2005.
UPON ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE, PRINCE SALMAN WAS RECEIVED BY PRINCE SULTAN BIN FAHD BIN ABDULAZIZ, GENERAL PRESIDENT OF YOUTH WELFARE AND PRESIDENT OF ARAB SPORTS FEDERATION AND PRINCE NAWAF BIN FAISAL BIN FAHD BIN ABDULAZIZ, VICE PRESIDENT OF YOUTH WELFARE AND CHAIRMAN OF PRIZE'S BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND A NUMBER OF SPORTS OFFICIALS.
A SPEECH CEREMONY WAS HELD ON THIS OCCASION.
ADDRESSING THE ATTENDANCE, PRINCE SALMAN SAID THAT THE PRIZE EMBODIES THE SUPPORT PROVIDED BY THE GOVERNMENT UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ AND THE CROWN PRINCE FOR THE SECTOR OF SPORTS AND YOUTH IN THE KINGDOM.
PRINCE SALMAN EXPRESSED HIS PLEASURE THAT THIS PRIZE HAS BECOME INTERNATIONAL: SPECIALIZED IN RESEARCHES ON PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS SCIENCES: AND PRESENTED IN FOUR LANGUAGES.
