A HOMEMADE BOMB RIPPED THROUGH A STATE-RUN DAIRY FARM IN SOUTHWESTERN PAKISTAN ON SUNDAY, KILLING TWO WORKERS AND INJURING 10 OTHERS, THREE OF THEM SERIOUSLY, OFFICIAL SAYS. THE EXPLOSION OCCURRED AT THE FARM IN KOHLU, A TRIBAL TOWN ABOUT 300 KILOMETERS (186 MILES) EAST OF QUETTA, THE CAPITAL OF SOUTHWESTERN BALUCHISTAN PROVINCE, LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL MOHAMMED AKBAR WAS QUOTED AS SAYING. NO ONE CLAIMED RESPONSIBILITY BUT AKBAR BLAMED LOCAL TRIBESMEN FOR THE ATTACK.
