A twin-engined passenger plane crash outside Rio de Janeiro claimed the lives of all 19 persons on board, Brazilian media reported Saturday, according to DPA. The reports said the accident took place late Friday night, with the plane, an LET410 of the TEAM airline, going missing 20 minutes after it had taken off from the city of Macae, some 175 kilometres northeast of Rio de Janeiro. The plane went down in the mountainous Sierra da Pedra Bonita area outside Rio. All 17 passengers, as well as the pilot and a further crew member were killed.
