German forces have concluded relief operations in Pakistan's quake hit areas. A 60-member German contingent left Pakistan by winding up its relief operations and flights, German Embassy in Islamabad said. Since October 8 earthquake, the German helicopters made 1, 250 sorties and airlifted 3,000 tones relief goods to the mountainous areas. The German government also announced 68 million Euros emergency aid for reconstruction phase. A hospital built by a German relief organization in Chattar plain (Azad Kashmir) was handed over to Pakistani authorities.
