SYRIAN VICE-PRESIDENT FAROUQ AL-SHARA ARRIVED HERE ON FRIDAY EVENING ON A TWO-DAY VISIT TO IRAN.
HE WILL DELIVER A MESSAGE FROM SYRIAN PRESIDENT BASHAR AL-ASSAD TO HIS IRANIAN COUNTERPART MAHMOUD AHMADI NIJAD.
NIJAD WILL ALSO HOLD TALKS WITH IRANIAN SENIOR OFFICIALS ON BILATERAL RELATIONS AND A NUMBER OF REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TOPICS.
