Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Qassim Region inaugurated last night Ruyah (Vision) Social Studies Center in Rass Governorate. Upon arrival at the venue, he was received by Chairman of Shoura Council Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Homaid, the Council's Secretary General Salih Al-Malik and a number of officials. A speech ceremony was held on this occasion. In a working paper, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz noted that the Kingdom is in a pressing need of setting up a center of strategic studies in various spheres especially in the social field and attracting a distinguished elite of qualified youths of various specialization. On his part, Dr. bin Homaid emphasized the importance of social centers and their roles based on specialized and scientific studies.
