Saudi Ambassador to Iran Osama bin Ahmad Al-Senousi met here today with Iranian Minister of Interior Mostafa Pur-Mohammadi. Pur-Mohammadi highlighted the current cooperation between Iran and Saudi Arabia in the fields of combating drugs, joint security commission, Iraq's neighboring countries meeting and a number of other issues of mutual interest. He also reaffirmed that the cooperation between the two countries can be strengthened further in political and economic spheres. On his part, Al-Senousi emphasized the necessity to develop the relations between the two countries at all levels, especially in economy and science. Pur-Mohammadi announced Iran's readiness to participate in the Iraq neighboring countries' meeting which is to be held in Saudi Arabia.
