Jordanian-Lebanese Higher Joint Committee begins its two-day deliberations on Sunday in Amman under the co-chairmanship of the Prime Ministers of the two countries. According to an official Jordanian Press Release, the committee will discuss the bilateral relations and ways to bolster them especially in the fields of economy, trade, culture and transportation. The press release said the committee will discuss also the latest developments in the Middle East especially in Palestine and Iraq. It is worth mentioning that the joint committee was established in 1998 and it holds its meetings annually in Amman and Beirut.
