The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu has finished final preparations to receive 1,400 scouts representing more than 75 countries who will participate in an international scouts camp here next month. Mohammad Al-Juwaisser, general manager of the commission in Jubail, said that the main idea is to activate the role of scouts to spread peace and place solutions to the challenges that face youth and for people to get familiar with the Saudi culture. He said that this is the first time the commission holds such a camp. The event will last for 10 days and will include sport, cultural and entertainment activities, according to a report published today by Arab News.
