The German government said Monday it was giving 13 million euros (15.7 million dollars) to Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos and Vietnam to help in the fight against bird flu, DPA reported. The money will go for setting up testing labs, vaccines and public awareness campaigns, said the German development aid and farm ministries. A donors' conference to raise funds to for developing countries to combat bird flu will open Tuesday in Beijing.
