A Russian Sukhoi-24 fighter-bomber crashed during a training flight in the Far East Monday but both pilots ejected safely, the Defence Ministry in Moscow said in a report carried by Deutsche Presse Agentur (dpa). Initial news reports cited "technical grounds" as the cause of the accident, which happened near the town of Belogorsk, located around 100 kilometres from Russia's border with China. No one was harmed when the plane crashed, the Interfax news agency reported. --SP 20 22 Local Time 17 22 GMT
