A bomb exploded near one of Iraq's largest oil refineries on Sunday but the Oil Ministry said the blast would have no impact on the plant's operations, Reuters reported. An Oil Ministry spokesman said the blast set fire to a pipeline feeding the Doura refinery in Baghdad, one of the three largest in the country, but had no impact on operations. It was the second sabotage attack in the past few days on a pipeline feeding the refinery in Baghdad.
