Ministers of education in the member states of the Arab Bureau for Education in the Gulf States (ABEGS) will hold their third consultative meeting in Aden on Wednesday and Thursday (Dec 28-29, 2005). Director general of ABEGS Dr Ali al-Karni said the participants of the meeting are scheduled to review a number of topics pertaining to the development of the educational process in the ABEGS' member states. He noted that a consultative meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Yemeni minister of education Dr Abdel-Salam al-Hofi, while a working session will be held under the chairmanship of Kuwait minister of education Dr Rasheed al-Hamad. The ministers will also review topics pertaining to the experience of Yemen in the educational domain as well as the project of King Hamad Schools in Bahrain.
