The Chairman of Saudi Shoura Council Sheikh Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Homaid arrived here today to head the Council's delegation to the first meeting of Arab Transitional Parliament due to start on Tuesday. At Cairo International Airport, he was received by Ambassador Ahmed Qattan, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Arab League and a number of officials. In an arrival press statement, Dr. bin Homaid stressed the Council's keenness on active participation in all Arab, Islamic or international efforts to create channels of contacts and dialogue to find solutions for outstanding issues and to open horizons through joint collective actions.
