The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization -ISESCO- has called upon the Copenhagen-based Danish Center for Culture and Development, which has a cooperation agreement with ISESCO, to condemn the aggressive campaign waged against Islam and its Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, by the Danish newspaper "Jyllands-Posten", issued in Copenhagen. In the urgent letter he sent to Mr. Olaf Gerlach Hansen, Director-General of the Danish Center for Culture and Development, Dr. Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, ISESCO Director General, said: "The sublime joint objectives sought by the cooperation agreement signed between your Center and ISESCO include, among others, promoting dialogue among civilizations and cultures, disseminating the values of tolerance, coexistence and mutual respect, and supporting cultural and civilizational relations between your country and the countries of the Islamic world, through the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization". --more 1158 Local Time 0858 GMT
