Leaders of the Muslim countries, participating in the third extraordinary Islamic Summit, which began here this morning, held their first closed-door working session at Al-Safa Palace under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. The leaders will review at their two-day Summit the ten-year working plan and Makkah declaration in addition to the current situation in the Muslim world and the suitable means of confronting the current and future challenges.
