Libyan Secretary of the General People's Committee for Foreign Liaison & International Cooperation Abd Al-Rahman Shalgam arrived here today to attend the Third Extraordinary Summit, which began its deliberations this morning in Makkah. He was met at King Abdulaziz airport by Saudi Ambassador to Libya Mohammad Abdullah Tasaji and a number of senior officials. Meanwhile, a number of ministers and senior officials of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) continue to arrive in the Kingdom to attend the summit. Those who arrived included : Indonesian Coordinating Minister for People's Welfare Alwi Shihab; Turkmenistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov; Albanian Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Flowrent Shilko and Director of the Asian-African administration at the Albanian Foreign ministry Ta'eb Silko.
