The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has sent a message to Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the Qatari Emir, on bilateral relations and issues pertaining to the development of Al-Jazeera shield forces within the framework of the joint work of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The message was delivered to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Deputy Emir of Qatar by Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation for Military Affairs, during a meeting here today. The meeting was attended by a number of senior officials. Prince Khalid bin Sultan arrived in Doha earlier Monday.
