Dosari as executive director of the Rabigh Development Project. He joined the company in October 1972 as an engineer with the Consulting Services Department. Al-Dosari graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1973 with a bachelor's degree in applied mechanical engineering. He then majored in industrial engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, in 1979.
