Algerian Minister of Industry Mahmoud Khazri met here on Tuesday Prince Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Kabeer, the President of the Arab Cement Union, who is currently visiting Algeria. The Algerian Minister expressed happiness for the Saudi investment project in the Algerian city of Al-Jalfa, due to be implemented in cooperation with the Algerian public sector. On his part, Prince Sultan bin Mohammed hoped that the investment project which includes a cement factory will be followed by other Saudi investment projects in Algeria. He noted that the capital of the cement factory amounts to $200 million. The project of the cement factory which will be implemented after two years, will produce one million ton of cement, and will make 500 job opportunities available.
