Sheikh, Egypt, Nov 19, SPA-- Prince Dr. Bandar bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Saud, Advisor to the King and Chairman of Saudi Arbitration Team expressed his pleasure to participate in the important Conference of Effective Role of Judiciary in Arbitration which started here today and was organized by Arab Federation for International Arbitration, stressing that justice is the basis of government. The Prince pointed out that development has prevailed in all fields all over the world encompassing laws. Each country has developed its systems in accordance with its principles, customs and traditions including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under its wise leadership that always seeks reforms for citizens and the country, he said and added that the judiciary has a share of this development. The Prince noted that arbitration is taught at the Judiciary Higher Council.
