PARIS - The CAC-40 index closed at 4,536.49 points, up 56.99 or 1.27 percent, rising 37.79 on the week. ZURICH - The Swiss market index closed at 7,351.32 points, up 108.18 or 1.49 percent. The index rose 140.27 in the week. MILAN - The All Share Mibtel index closed at 25,662 points, up 223 or 0.88 percent, gaining 159 points since last Friday. TOKYO - The Nikkei share average finished at its highest level in more than four years after government data showed Japan's economy grew more than expected in July-September, helping to push the benchmark up 0.53 percent. The Nikkei finished the day up 74.18 points at 14,155.06, its highest finish since May 21, 2001. For the week, the Nikkei edged up 0.56 percent, or 79.10 points. HONG KONG - Stocks rose to their highest level in almost five weeks as property stocks rebounded after recent interest rate worries and airlines surged as fuel prices weakened.
