TOKYO - The Nikkei share average lost 0.26 percent to close down for a fifth straight day as an unexpected rise in Japanese machinery orders failed to clear investor worries about the country's economic outlook. The Nikkei fell 28.83 points to 11,049.11, after losing 1 percent in the previous four sessions. The Nikkei lost 143.06 points on the week. HONG KONG - Stocks closed at two and half week lows with oil heavyweights such as CNOOC hurt by falling world oil prices and with investors digesting the potential implications of a revaluation of China's currency. The blue-chip Hang Seng Index ended 0.73 percent, or 101.47 points, lower at 13,866.81 a loss of 167.15 points over the week.
