Another batch of 1299 Pakistanis, who were declared illegal immigrant by the Oman government, were deported to Pakistan from Muscat Tuesday, officials said. Oman police and security forces had arrested these Pakistanis for illegally entering Oman or overstaying there after expiration of their visas. They were kept in jails for a considerable time before their deportation. Two launches, Al Fanan and Al Arabi, ferried the Pakistanis to Karachi from Oman, officials said.
