Gunmen attack Iraqi minister's guards

Gunmen opened fire on a convoy of bodyguards for Iraq's minister of water resources on Wednesday, wounding two people, police said.
The minister, Abdul Latif Rasheed, was not present, police said.
Police said earlier that gunmen killed an official at Iraq's Ministry of Culture, Nabil Moussawi, and seriously wounded his driver, Reuters reported.
