An Arab League delegation left for Iraq on Saturday to prepare for the first visit by League chief Amr Moussa since the 2003 Iraq war. Hesham Youssef, director of Moussa's office in Cairo, did not say when Moussa would go but said it would be "as soon as possible" after Iraq's Oct. 15 referendum on a new constitution. Arab countries have voiced increasing concern over violence in Iraq and its impact on the region, Reuters reported. Youssef said the most important aspect of Moussa's trip would be to "see how we can have a process of reconciliation between the different Iraqi political forces".
