Egyptian President meets UN envoy

Egypt's President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak met here today with UN Special Envoy Terje Roed Larsen currently on a visit to Egypt.
Following the meeting, Larsen said that they discussed the latest developments in the region, noting that he will submit a report to UN Secretary General Kofi Annan on the results of his consultations in the region.
