Minister of Culture and Information Iyad bin Ameen Madani said that the procedure of licensing the publication or importation of books in the Kingdom goes as smooth as ought to be. unless a book calls for something that goes contrary to our culture and beliefs. In a statement following the opining of a symposium titled " General Libraries in the Kingdom: Reality, Challenges and Future", Madani said the Ministry is planning to establish a number of new public libraries throughout the Kingdom. -
