Chaired by its Chairman Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Homaid, the Shoura Council held here today its 22nd ordinary session, concluding a debate it started last session on the electrical project system submitted by the Water, Utilities and Public Services Committee. Secretary General of the Shoura Council Dr. Salih Al-Malik said Shoura legislators listened to a report from Dr. Hizam Al-Otaibi, Chairman of the committee, in which he presented the remaining articles of the system dealing with disputes and violations and the sectors responsible for solving such problems. However, voting on the bill was postponed to another session, giving the committee time to prepare answers to questions raised by the floor. Dr. Al-Malik said the Council then discussed two annual reports of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu for the fiscal years 1422/1423H and 1423/1424H. A decision on the two reports, which seem to have gained the okay of the members, will be taken in another session, according to Al-Malik.
