Jordanian King leaves for Rome

King Abdullah II of Jordan left here today for Rome on a brief visit to Italy.
An official statement released here said the talks of King Abdullah with the Italian officials will focus on the political developments in the Middle East, notably in Palestine and Iraq.
The Jordanian Monarch is scheduled to leave on Tuesday for the US to review with the US officials issues of mutual interest.
He will also deliver a speech at the international summit on Sept 16.
