Chirac leaves hospital, says he's "in very good form" =

French President Jacques Chirac Friday left the Paris hospital where he spent a week receiving treatment for a blood vessel problem, declaring he was "in very good form" and "particularly happy" to be returning home.
Chirac was admitted to the hospital last Friday suffering from visual impairment and a headache caused by a damaged blood vessel.
