Albania's President Alfred Moisiu on Wednesday formally announced the country's new Cabinet and sent his decree to parliament for approval. Moisiu declared 60-year-old Sali Berisha prime minister on Saturday after his Democrat Party's July 3 win in parliamentary elections. The party has formed a coalition with other groups to take control of 80 of the 140 seats in the legislature. Parliament is expected to vote on the Cabinet this week, The Associated Press reported. Berisha had revealed his ministerial selections on Monday _ a pared down and youthful 14-member Cabinet, with several ministers in their early 30s. The prime minister's deputy is to be lawyer Ilir Rusmajli. Besnik Mustafaj, a diplomat and writer, was chosen to run the Foreign Ministry.
