Malaysian Premier makes statement

Malaysian Premier Dato Abdullah Ahmad Badawi praised the distinguished relations between his country and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in various fields.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency and Saudi television shortly before leaving Jeddah today, he said he came to the kingdom to offer condolences on the death of the late King Fahd.
He added that during his visit, he also invited Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to visit Malaysia. 2344 Local Time 2044 GMT
