Twenty people were feared drowned Tuesday after a ferry carrying them capsized in a canal in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, a news agency report said, dpa reported. The ferry, carrying 23 farm workers, mostly women, capsized in the Repalle bank canal in Guntur district, 250 kilometers southeast of the state capital, Hyderabad, the PTI news agency reported.
