Chief of Foreign Policy; Premiers of Bahrain; Greece and Ethiopia; Sharjah Emirate Governor; Turkey's Interior Minister; Kuwait's Deputy Commander of the National Guard; Palestine's Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs; General President of Indonesia's Ulema Council; Lebanon's former President Ilias Al-Harawi; Poland's former President Lech Walesa; Philippines' former President Fiedel Ramos; Indonesia's former President Bahureddin Yosef Habibi; Head of Islamic Sheikdom in Sanjaq in Serbia and Montenegro; Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al-Qassemi and Sheikh Ahmed bin Sultan Al-Qassemi.
