Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, a large number of cabinet ministers and high ranking leaders visited the residence of the Saudi Ambassador in Islamabad to record their grief over the death of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques late King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz. Aziz described the death of King Fahd as a great loss to the Muslim Ummah and the world, saying his support and contribution to Pakistan's progress would always be remembered. "The late King was a great leader of the Muslim Ummah and a sincere friend of Pakistan," Aziz said. Aziz, on behalf of the government and people of Pakistan, and on his own behalf, offered heartfelt condolences to the government and people of Saudi Arabia on the sad demise of King Fahd.
